Waldwick crash sends one to hospital

CVP EXCLUSIVE: A two-vehicle collision in Waldwick sent one of the drivers to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood this afternoon for treatment of injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening.

The Crescent Avenue crash occurred just before noon, sending an SUV into a utility pole and leaving long, heavy skidmarks.

Waldwick police and firefighters responded, along with two ambulances from the hospital.

Both vehicles were removed by flatbed tow trucks.

Borough police were investigating.
