Responding to a 911 call from a local business owner, offices arrested 36-year-old Jennifer Feola on a host of offenses, including child endangerment, heroin possession and DWI, after finding her unconscious and the blond-headed youngster in back, Detective Lt. Edward Kane told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.

They seized 32 bags of heroin, a hypodermic needle and a crack pipe, he said.

The state Division of Child Protection and Permanency placed her son with a family member.

The 5-foot-1-inch, 110-pound Feola, currently of the Orange County town of New Windsor in New York, was being held on $15,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
