Officer Kyle Zyskowski stopped Barry W. Connor, 25, of Clifton Park in upstate New York just before midnight Thursday, smelled raw marijuana and spotted some pot on the center console, Police Chief Patrick Rotella said.

A search turned up the drugs and several items “utilized for packaging narcotics,” he added.

Connor was being held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with possession with the intent to distribute MDMA, marijuana and Vicodin, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
