Working with the Turnpike Authority, State Police arrested 27-year-old Daron Burch of Jersey City and charged him with theft.

Burch, working booths in Woodbridge, processed tractor-trailers in his lanes at the lowest passenger vehicle rates, then kept the difference, State Police said.

He’s free pending an initial appearance in Woodbridge Municipal Court.
