PHOTOS: No one was injured after a 20-tondump truck barreled down Eagle Ridge Road in Montvale this morning, hitting a Volkswagen sedan and taking down trees and a lamp post before finally coming to rest in a backyard.
The 1996 Volvo owned by Top Notch Tree & Landscape out of Saddle River was being unloaded at a construction site on Flintlock Road around 8 a.m. when the brakes went, Capt. Joseph Sanfilippo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
Summonses were expected, he said.
