Both were described as in their mid- to late-20s. The driver of the black Nissan sedan had long, dark hair, she said.

The incident occurred around 10 a.m.  on Douglass Street near East Prospect Street and West Saddle River Road, police said.

Officers searched the area but didn’t find anyone fitting the descriptions.

This comes after pair of incidents involving children walking home from school in Ridgewood, near the Waldwick border — one in which an older man grabbed a little girl, who broke free and ran (SEE: Stranger grabs schoolgirl in Ridgewood, parents urged to teach kids street smarts).
