Marcos, 34, admitted he billed for nearly 400 prescriptions, some in the name of unwitting employees of the U.S. Postal Service and their families, under the Federal Employees Health Benefits program.
As part of his plea deal, he has agreed to pay back the money, so he may avoid hard time.
Marcos bought Sicomac Pharmacy in 2001, followed by Ho-Ho-Kus Pharmacy in 2004 and De Blieck’s Pharmacy in 2005, after graduating from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (University of the Sciences in Philadelphia) in 1999.
