Gene W. Britton, Jr. of Passaic was arraigned in Superior Court in Hackensack yesterday on an indictment charging him with touching the girl’s breast and vagina and putting her hand on his genitals.
Britton pleaded not guilty to the counts — two of aggravated sexual assault, one of sexual condut and one of impairing the morals of a minor.
The incidents occured between Feb. 1 and March 3 of this year, the indictment returned against Britton seven weeks ago alleges.
