“The arrests stemmed from Internet investigations in which [they] were using the Internet to acquire and/or distribute child pornography,” said Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli. “In each case, the child pornography contained images and/or videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts,” he said.
All three were arrested without incident at their respective residences in Hackensack, Little Ferry and Palisades Park, he said. They’re due in court at 9 a.m. tomorrow in Hackensack after presumably spending the night at the Bergen County Jail on bails ranging from $50,000 to $100,000.
They were identified as: Hector L. Lopez, 63, a single truck driver who lives in a basement apartment on East Homestead Avenue in Palisades Park; Kee Swan Foo, 48, of Liberty Street in Hackensack, who is single and unemployed; and 20-year-old Jayan Paruthanparayil, who is also single, lives on Chamberlain Avenue in Little Ferry, and is manager of the Game Stop store in Lodi.
Molinelli thanked the police department in all three towns for their assistance, as well as officers on loan to his computer crimes task force from the South Hackensack, Ramsey, Glen Rock, Montvale, Lyndhurst, Tenafly, Upper Saddle River, Mahwah, Fort Lee, Paramus, Hillsdale and Bergen County police departments.
