Lodi man had sex with 14-year-old girl, prosecutor charges

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: She’s 14. He’s 36 — and facing statutory rape and endangerment charges. Bryan Caceres of Lodi was arrested by detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit after officials at the girl’s school got wind of the alleged relationship.

The liaisons occurred several times in the past year, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Caceres, a single, self-employed construction worker, is being held on $100,000 bail at the Bergen County Jail, charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
