JFK cargo handlers grab $4,100 in goods, Port Authority police grab them

BEYOND BERGEN: Two Brooklyn men who worked together at JFK Airport helped themselves to $4,100 worth of cellphones, headphones, beauty products, pet supplies and other goods that they were selling before Port Authority police cut them off.

The goods were contained in six U.S. Postal bags swiped by both men, who worked for an air cargo company at the airport, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.

Both were seen loading the booty onto a company truck and driving off, Pentangelo said.

They hit it near a Citibank, also on JFK property, he said.

Kevin Keon Adams, 25, of Jerome Street and 27-year-old Anthony McGlashan are both charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.

Adams worked for the air company since 2008 and McGlashan since last year, Pentangelo said.

Their airport entry cards were immediately revoked, he said.
