Walter Domanski, Jr. had come up from Ship Bottom, at the tip of Long Beach Island, a trip of roughly two hours by car, when he was taken into custody and charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Seth Dixon, 28, of Brick was arrested on child endangerment charges for transmitting kiddie porn and “arranging for [Domanski] to travel to Bergen County for the purpose of having sexual intercourse with a six-year-old female,” the prosecutor said.
An Internet crime investigator contacted Dixon, who is single, after finding him distributing child pornography online, Molinelli said. He, in turn, introduced the agent to the 51-year-old Domanski and arrangements were made, the prosecutor said.
Domanski is being held on $50,000 and Dixon on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail. Both have 4 p.m. court appearances scheduled tomorrow at the county courthouse in Hackensack.
