FBI hopes clear photo helps nab NJ bank robber

RECOGNIZE THIS MAN? The FBI is looking for the man in this photo, who they say has held up at least three New Jersey banks — including one yesterday.

He’s described as:

  • light-skinned, medium build;
  • “possibly” Hispanic;
  • 5’10” and roughly 180 pounds;
  • with brown eyes.

The FBI said he passed a threatening demand note and fled with cash from:

  • Valley National Bank, 22 Bloomfield Avenue, Belleville (Nov. 6);
  • Sovereign Bank, 466 Bloomfield Avenue, Newark (Oct. 31);
  • Valley National, 748 Mount Prospect Avenue, Newark (Sept. 27);

The FBI warns not to try and play hero if you see him. Instead, dial 911.
