Susan L. Jugo was charged with DWI, refusing to take a beath test, reckless driving and bail jumping for an active warrant out of Weehawken after her 1999 black Toyota Camry was stopped at 14th Street and Marin Boulevard around 5:30 a.m., the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
Jugo’s eyes “were glassy and glazed and a strong odor of alcohol emanated from the car,” he said. “During the field sobriety test, she fell over and was slobbering and slurring her words.”
She was brought to the Hudson County Correctional Facility in Kearny.
