She was taken by ambulance to The Valley Hospital after the 8 a.m. collision at the intersection of Saddle River Road and Berdan Avenue.
Heavy snow was falling at the time.
Responding were Fair Lawn police and EMS, along with a Valley paramedic unit.
The vehicle was removed with a flatbed tow truck.
