Driver hospitalized after Route 17 crash in Ho-Ho-Kus

ONLY ON CVP: The female driver of a Volvo XC70 was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with head and arm injuries after a single-car crash on northbound Route 17 in Ho-Ho-Kus this morning.

The impact spun the Volvo, leaving it facing in the opposite direction, after the 10:45 a.m. mishap.

Route 17 was restricted to a single northbound lane, leading to extensive delays, while crews worked to clear the scene. The Volvo was removed by flatbed tow truck.

Ho-Ho-Kus police, firefighters and EMS workers responded, along with an HUMC paramedic unit.
