Corey Porcelli (far left) was arrested in Wayne on Friday after an incident similar to what happened in Maywood, when a neighbor found two men trying to break into a neighbor’s home on Spring Valley Road.

This time, a Wayne neighbor chased Porcelli and police tracked him down.

Last week, Maywood police said, he and another man got away from a neighbor by running into the Bergen Town Center in Paramus and vanishing into the crowd.

While there, they said, Porcelli bought the bright orange sweatshirt seen in surveillance images.

He is charged with attempted burglary and criminal mischief in Maywood. Bail was set at $10,000.

Maywood police, still looking for the second man, ask that anyone with information about the incident call them:  (201) 845-8800.
