“We expect to complete by Labor Day,” Michael Padin said Tuesday.
The original finish date for the project, being built by Russo Development, was the end of the year, he added.
The ground floor of the complex is all garage parking, Padin explained.
Additionally, there will be street parking within the complex.
The leasing office and one retail space will be on the south end of the project, nearest the New Jersey Transit platform.
The project is expected to attract millennial and empty-nester tenants.
