College Bound? Ho-Ho-Kus Library Offers Free Workshop On Entrance Exams

HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- The Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library is hosting a free testing workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 15, "ACT vs. SAT: How to Choose?"

Gary Vega will present a program on the college entrance exams. He's a test prep tutor with over 20 years of experience regarding standardized testing. Attendees will discover how the SAT has changed and how it compares to the ACT.

Vega will break down the components of each test, provide samples of typical exam questions, and make suggestions on how to approach the question types. The session will also Include a Q&A segment.

The workshop is limited to 30, so advance registration is highly suggested. Click here to register.

The workshop will be from 6-7 p.m., in the children's room. The library is at 91 Warren Ave., in Ho-Ho-Kus.
