Video Shows Suspects Moments Before Lehigh Valley Property Destruction, Police Say Several criminal mischief suspects were caught on surveillance footage moments before they allegedly damaged property in a Lehigh Valley housing development, authorities said. The 32-second clip shows the suspects driving through a Palmer Township development, exiting an SUV with its back hatch open, and approaching a building, local police said Monday.
