Police: Morris County Man Who Attempted To Steal Idling Car Crashes On Route 80, Flees A Morris County man attempting to steal a running car from a local parking lot later crashed on Rt. 80 and fled from police, authorities said. Blaise Wiget, 32, entered and drove away in a vehicle that had been left idling in the parking lot of a business in Franklin on Feb. 6, borough police said. Wiget, of Succasunna, later crashed on Route 80 east in Rockaway Township and ran from the scene, authorities said. Police: Lehigh Valley Man Found With Cocaine, Heroin, $70K Cash Had 5 Children In Car A Lehigh Valley man had five children in the car when he was pulled over and found with heroin, cocaine and about $70,000 in cash, authorities charged. Jesus Serano, 38, was stopped for several violations on Route 22 in Pohatcong on Tuesday, township police said. A K-9 search of the car turned up cocaine, heroin and around $70,000 in cash, police said. Serano, of Allentown, PA, was arrested and charged with money laundering and endangering the welfare of a child in addition to numerous narcotics possession and distribution offenses, police said. Bloomfield Man Carjacks Lyft Driver, Stabs Passenger In Clark: Police A 27-year-old Bloomfield man was arrested Wednesday after he attacked a Lyft driver and a fellow passenger as the vehicle traveled through Clark early Wednesday morning, Chief of Police Pedro M. Matos said.  Patrolling officers found a 47-year-old man lying on Westfield Avenue around 1 a.m. who had been stabbed in the head, face and neck. A 20-year-old woman was also found on Westfield Avenue and had also been stabbed in the face and head.
