Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Vehicle In Warren County: Police A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in Warren County on the afternoon of Friday, Aug. 16, authorities said. At 5 p.m., officers were dispatched to Route 22 West and South Third Street after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, Lopatcong Police said. Lopatcong Police responded to the crash report near Belvidere Road (Rt. 646) between North Third Street and North Second Street just before 6:25 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, and found an NJSP state trooper treating the motorcyclist, who had landed in the front yard of a nearby home. Lopatcong police responded to a report of two people smoking marijuana in a vehicle at the Stryker’s Crossing strip mall on May 20 around 7:30 p.m., authorities said in a release.
