Motorist Crashes, Killed After 'Medical Episode' In South Jersey A 71-year-old driver died after striking a tree during a "medical episode," authorities said. The crash occurred on Friday, May 12 at 3:57 p.m. on County Road 649 northbound at milepost 3.5 in Commercial Township, New Jersey State Police said. Preliminary investigation revealed that a VW Passat, driven by Ingrid Hillman, of Egg Harbor Township. was traveling north, State Police said. Hillman had an unknown medical episode causing her to cross over the center line into a wooded area and ultimately striking a tree, police said. Police ID Driver, 69, Killed In South Brunswick Crash South Brunswick police have released the name of the man killed in a crash Monday, Feb. 27. John Kosarowich, 69, of Howell died, police said, and may have suffered a medical episode before the crash. On Monday at 7:05 p.m., South Brunswick police were alerted to a car under a trailer at the rear of a warehouse on Chris Court. Responders: Clifton Man, 44, In Route 3 Crash Died Of Medical Cause A 44-year-old driver killed in a Monday morning crash on Route 3 in Clifton apparently suffered a medical episode, responders told Daily Voice. The 2012 Hyundai Elantra driven by Anton Dittrich of Clifton veered onto the westbound shoulder and scraped along the divider for about 100 yards before coming to a stop near the Bloomfield Avenue exit shortly before 10:30 a.m., authorities said Monday afternoon.
