The South Brunswick Police Department said a man has been approaching women at least five times in the parking lot of the Royal Oaks & East Garden Apartment Homes since July. The only article of clothing the suspect wore was a ski mask. Investigators said the man goes up to the women and "aggressively manipulates his waist area." Central Police ID Pickup Truck Driver Killed After Slamming Snowbank, Tree Off Route 1 Authorities have identified the driver of a pickup truck who was killed Thursday after slamming into a snowbank and tree in South Brunswick. Andrew Malouf, 73, of the Kendall Park section of town, is believed to have suffered a medical problem causing him to veer off Henderson Road, police said. The crash was reported about 10:40 a.m. about 100 yards west of Route 1. Malouf was found unconscious in the pickup truck.  Malouf was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, where he was pronounced dead, police said. Theresa Dowling succumbed to her injuries Sunday at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, South Brunswick police said. Dowling was driving a 2017 Lexus westbound on Henderson Road at 10:47 a.m. Friday when she failed to stop for a red light, police said.
