Teens Arrested Trying To Break Into Kias At Bally's Casino Parking Lot: Police Three 14-year-old boys were arrested after three Kia cars in Bally’s Atlantic City casino-hotel parking garage were broken into, authorities said. Two of the boys allegedly damaged the steering columns of the Kias while trying to steal them, Atlantic City police said on Facebook.
