DWI Driver Crashes Into Fence At Vineland City Hall A 71-year-old man from Vineland was charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into a fence at Vineland City Hall, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 10:40 a.m. on Monday, March 25 at 640 E. Wood St. Robert Romano was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, Vineland police said. Police did not say whether Romano was injured in the crash. Romano was processed on the summonses pending his court hearing at the Vineland Municipal Court.

However, Chris Lebron, 29, of Vineland, was found guilty of selling cocaine and fentanyl to the man who died, they said.
