Four New Jerseyians Selected In NFL Draft It was a big weekend for New Jersey at the NFL Draft, as four players from the Garden State heard their name called and another Jerseysite gets to play football close to home. Ji'Ayir Brown, a safety who went to Trenton Central High School, was drafted in the 3rd round by the San Francisco 49ers. At Trenton Central, he was named all-conference as a junior and as a senior, he earned first-team all-state and all-conference. Pilot Killed In Perkasie Plane Crash ID'd By Family Friend: Report One of two victims killed in a fiery plane crash has been identified as a local dad, 6abc reports. Brian Filippini, of Philadelphia, died when the plane he reportedly owned went down near Victoria and Brittany Lanes in Perkasie around 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, the outlet reports.
