Isiah Roberts, 19, has been charged with murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses in the Friday night shooting that left SeQuoya Bacon-Jones dead, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office announced. The 9-year-old Trenton girl was laying on the ground, moaning, reaching out for her,  Shea Bacon-Jones tells CBS Philly. SeQuoya was playing at the Kingsbury Square courtyard around 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, when she was struck by a stray bullet, authorities previously said in a press release.
