More Than 1,000 Without Power After Transformer Blows In Mercer County More than 1,100 electricity customers from Mercer County were left without power on Wednesday, authorities said. At 8:30 a.m., the Robbinsville Township Police Department and Robbinsville Township Fire Department were dispatched to Route 130 in the Windsor section of Robbinsville Township for a transformer problem near Fulton Bank, police said. The JCP&L 24/7 Power Center estimated at least 1,178 electric customers were without service in the area.
