The crash occurred at about 6 a.m. northbound north of Interchange 4 in Mount Laurel Township, according to the NJ Turnpike Authority. The right lane of two lanes was blocked, 511nj.org reported. UPDATED: A Turnpike Authority worker from Monmouth County was seriously hurt when he was struck by a tractor-trailer that veered into the median on the New Jersey Turnpike in Central Jersey, authorities said.
