Prosecutor: Toms River Woman Stabs Ex-Boyfriend To Death A Toms River woman was arrested after stabbing her ex-boyfriend to death early Saturday, Oct. 24, authorities said. Samantha Massimino, 33, of Toms River, was charged with aggravated manslaughter and several weapons offenses in the death of Reinaldo Feliciano, Jr., 35, also of Toms River, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Authorities: Shots Fired In Toms River Authorities are investigating a report of shots fired late Tuesday in Ocean County. There was a report of multiple gunshots fired about 11:30 p.m. on the 200 block of Washington Street in Toms River, authorities said.
