Car Dumped In NJ After Fatal Philly Carjacking: Police A 60-year-old man was beaten to death while being robbed of his car in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood late on Thursday, Aug. 17, city police told Daily Voice.  It happened along the 300 block of Cambridge Street just before 10 p.m., the department said.  A group of men on motorcycles attacked the victim and made off with his Toyota Highlander, according to police.
