Lead Carnival Heads To Mercer County The L.E.A.D. Fest State Fair, hosted by Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence, is coming to Mercer County Park this June and July. The event starts Friday, June 30 and ends on Sunday, July 9. The West Windsor Township community and folks from surrounding towns are invited to attend the L.E.A.D. Fest State Fair at Mercer County Park to enjoy food, rides and entertainment. L.E.A.D. is a nationwide nonprofit that works with communities to help students understand the dangers of drugs and violence. The L.E.A.D.
