PA Man Repeatedly Abused GF's Son, Most Recently Attempted To Cut Genitals Off, DA Says A Pennsylvania man was arrested on accusations he repeatedly physically abused his girlfriend's five-year-old son, most recently trying to cut the boy's genitals off, authorities said. Steven J. Dougherty, 31, of Collingdale, was taken into custody on Tuesday, July 20, after an eight-month joint investigation by Montgomery County detectives and Lower Pottsgrove police, officials said. Angelo "AJ" Ford, of Sharon Hill, escaped from an Aspire youth facility sometime between the night of Feb. 24 and the morning of Feb. 25, the Delco Times reports.
