Philadelphia Driver Drags Victim 100 Feet With Car During Argument In Bucks, Police Say A Philadelphia man dragged a 45-year-old Bucks County resident with his car more than 100 feet across a parking lot during an argument earlier this week, authorities said. William Connolly, 44, was arguing with the Quakertown man around 5:05 p.m. in the Plumstead Shopping Center on Easton Road on Aug. 2, local police said. That's when Connolly hit the man with his car and dragged him across the lot, according to witness statements and surveillance footage. Central Bucks PD: Philly Fugitive Stole Shopper's Wallet A 44-year-old fugitive from Philadelphia has been arrested for stealing a wallet from a shopper in a Bucks County supermarket, authorities said. Djemba A. Goldwire was arrested after a theft at Acme Markets in Doylestown Borough, according to Central Bucks Regional Police Department. According to a police report, Goldwire distracted the victim and stole a wallet from her purse, police said. Police searched the area for Goldwire and found her near Chipolte on North Main Street, they said. Police: Philadelphia Man Who Stole Wallet From Restaurant Customer, Spent $1,500 Surrenders A 48-year-old Philadelphia man who swiped a wallet from a woman's purse while she was eating at a restaurant surrendered to police, authorities said Monday. Clifton Fleming turned himself in on Dec. 3, on an active warrant stemming from the Oct. 18 incident, Central Bucks Regional police said. Fleming took the wallet containing $250 in cash and credit cards while the woman was dining at Pag's Pub in Doylestown, authorities said.
