The driver of an SUV was ticketed for careless driving and making an improper turn, Berkeley Township police said. The motorcyclist, identified as Daniel Wisnewski of Beachwood, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said on Friday, Sept. 9.
