Know HIM? Bensalem Police Seek Target Shoplifter Police in Bucks County are circulating this photo of a suspected Target shoplifter. Bensalem Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Target store at 800 Rockhill Drive at about 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday, police said. An unknown man entered the store and reportedly stole Beats Headphones, Sony Portable Speakers and Arlo doorbells and left the store skipping all points of sale, police said.
