Atlantic City Man Arrested In Stabbing: Police A 27-year-old man from Atlantic City was arrested in connection with a stabbing, authorities said. On Sunday, Aug. 6, at 2:39 a.m., Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of the Boardwalk for a report of a man stabbed. Officers arrived to find the victim, 27, of Philadelphia, suffering from a stab wound. The man was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Atlantic City Boardwalk Store Robbery Never Happened, Police Say A store clerk has been charged after calling 9-1-1 reporting a crime that turned out to be false, authorities said. At 12:42 p.m. on Monday, Atlantic City patrol officers were called to H & A Fashions in the 1400 block of the Boardwalk in reference to an alleged robbery and damage to the store, police said. The store clerk, Malik Awais, told officers that several people entered the store, stole items valued at $100, pushed him as they fled, and caused property damage totaling more than $5,000, according to Lt.
