Projected Snowfall Totals Increase As Fourth Nor'easter Nears Following what was a relentless winter, in a cruel twist, the first full day of spring will bring as much as a foot or more of snow to the tristate area as the fourth Nor'easter of the month moves through the region on Wednesday. The latest snowfall projections, issued late Tuesday afternoon by the National Weather Service, can be viewed in the first image above.
