Police: 4 Family Members Fight Officers, Arrested In Bayonne Bar Brawl Four members of the same family were charged with resisting arrest when they began fighting police trying to contain a brawl that broke out outside of a Bayonne bar, authorities said. Officers patrolling the area saw a large, unruly group near the Refinery Tavern at 37th Street and Broadway on Monday around 12:45 a.m., Bayonne Police Capt. Eric Amato said. Police were checking area hospitals to see if Danny Vlado had gone to their emergency rooms after the 4:30 p.m incident, Police Chief Michael Foligno said. The gang of four knocked Vlado to the ground, then kicked and punched him outside their home, above a mini-shopping strip on the highway's eastbound side (see photo), Foligno said.
