Prosecutor: Asbury Brothers Abduct Four Girls, Sexually Assault Three
Two brothers from Asbury Park picked four underage girls off the street, plied them with pot, Ecstasy and booze and then sexually assaulted three of them, authorities charged.
Wilson Cesaire, 21, and Wilfrid Cesaire, 28, approached the Millstone Township juveniles as they were walking and offered them a ride, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.
They brought the minors to a QuickChek in Manalapan and, eventually, to the home they share on Asbury Avenue, Gramiccioni said.

Feds: Elmwood Park 7-Eleven Among Targets Of Ski-Masked Armed Robbers
ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. – A ski-masked gunman and getaway driver went on a robbery spree through several counties in North and Central Jersey -- holding up, among other businesses, a 7-Eleven in Elmwood Park and leading local police on chases, federal authorities charged Tuesday.
Tione Davis, 35, of East Orange, stuck a silver handgun in the clerk's face in the convenience store at the corner of Market Street and Mola Boulevard around 4:15 a.m. last Dec. 7 before making off with $350 in cash, an FBI complaint on file in federal court in Newark charges.

Police: Ex-Con Was Masked Gunman Who Robbed Clifton QuickChek
CLIFTON, N.J. -- An Essex County ex-con was the armed robber who held up a QuickChek in Clifton's Allwood section last December, said authorities who charged him with the crime.
Wearing a covering over his face, Tione Davis, 35, of East Orange, fled with an undetermined amount of cash from the register after the 4 a.m. robbery of the Market Street convenience store on Dec. 11, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said.
No one was injured, he said.
