Man Asleep Behind Wheel In Disabled Vehicle On PIP Had Loaded Gun, Drugs A 38-year-old man is facing weapon and drug charges after being busted by New York State Police troopers while armed and asleep at the wheel on the Palisades Interstate Parkway. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a stretch of the parkway in Stony Point, where there were reports of a disabled vehicle on the side of the road.
