That's what much of the East Coast can look forward to Sunday and Monday, meteorologists are saying.  A flash flood watch is in effect until 1 p.m. Sunday in Bergen and Passaic counties before temperatures nosedive to the mid-20s by late afternoon.  Gusty winds of up to 30 mph, along with possible snow, and ice accumulation may bring down tree limbs and power lines, leading to widespread outages.
