Tax Delinquent Property Near Mahwah River Bought By Village Of Montebello Rockland County Executive Ed Day signed a resolution authorizing the sale of tax delinquent property from the county to the Village of Montebello. The property is essentially undevelopable because of how close it is to the Mahwah River so Montebello will use it to increase their green space. The property is located at 12 Marian Drive Montebello and was sold to the village for $9,929.40, this amount completely covers the amount of taxes reimbursed by the county.
