Officers Save Unresponsive Girl, 2, In Edgewater: Police An unresponsive 2-year-old girl was saved by Edgewater police officers early this week, officials said. Sgt. Wetklow, Ptl. Monroe, Ptl. Massuda, Ptl. Cabrera, and Ptl. Ebenhack responded to reports of a child who was not responsive or breathing at a River Road apartment around 6:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, Chief Donald A. Martin said.
