Investigators say that Candice Thompson, 46, has been identified as the victim who was found inside Matthew Sidney Watley's truck after he was busted for allegedly getting behind the wheel while he was intoxicated. Both the driver and victim are from Sicklerville, New Jersey. Heather Marie Frazier, 35, of Mount Airy, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with all but five years suspended after pleading guilty over the summer to involuntary manslaughter, according to the Frederick County State's Attorney Charlie Smith's Office.
