Compulsive Child Sex Offender From Bergen Released After Serving Only 19 Months Busted Again
That didn't take long. A convicted sex offender from Bergen County who was released earlier this year after serving less than two years for exchanging nude photos with children moved into a Route 17 motel and was right back at it in no time, authorities said Friday. Frank Cirino, 69, has a history of similar behavior dating back to 2007. Prosecutor: Did Your Kid Communicate With Bergen Man, 67, Who Exchanged Nude Photos?
A divorced maintenance worker from Bergen County posed as a teenager to exchange nude photos with children, said authorities who were trying to determine whether there were any other possible victims. Frank Cirino, 67, of Rutherford posed as a teenage boy and girl using the screen names “OceanGrlNJ” and “jackridge225” to have sexually explicit chats and obtain the images, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. SUV Rolls In Crash At Busy Paramus Intersection
A minor arm injury was the only reported casualty after an SUV rolled onto a Paramus resident's lawn in a crash Wednesday afternoon at one of Bergen County's busiest intersections. The black Jaguar overturned after collided with a Toyota sedan on East Ridgewood Avenue at Sandor Court across from the A&S Trading service station near the Fashion Center between Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway. Halloween Store Opening At Former Garden State Plaza Best Buy (And These Other Locations)
A Spirit Halloween store will be opening at the former Best Buy at the Garden State Plaza. The store has not yet announced an opening date and only says "coming soon" on the website. It is not clear how long the store will remain at this location or what the mall's plans are for further redevelopment of the Best Buy. The Garden State Plaza's freestanding former Best Buy has been vacant since the store moved to Bergen Town Center in April. Hero Civilians Aid Paramus Rollover Victim
PARAMUS, N.J. — Not all heroes wear uniforms: Three in Paramus on Monday morning sported winter coats, along with gashes on their fingertips.
