UPDATE: A young dad from Passaic who escaped after being charged with parental abduction ended a manhunt when he surrendered late Monday, authorities confirmed. Isaiah Felix, 20, of Passaic had been arrested by Clifton police and charged with unlawfully entering a residence in town and taking his young son without permission on Sunday, July 2. A Lyndhurst man was arrested Sunday morning on multiple charges after he jumped into an ambulance at a Hudson County hospital and tried to drive off, according to a published report. Authorities investigating an August shooting in Paterson wound up charging both the accused gunman and another city man who they said was involved in an incident months earlier.
