Suspects Pepper Sprayed, NJ Officers Injured After $5K In Merch Taken From Kohl's: Police A scuffle broke out after a police officer tried to apprehend four Newark residents wanted for stealing more than $5,500 worth of merchandise from at Kohl's in North Jersey on Saturday, June 10, authorities said.  Police were called to the Kohl's at 1901 E Edgar Road on reports of a shoplifting in progress, Capt.
