Eli Manning, who won two Super Bowls playing quarterback for the New York Giants, will have to wait at least another year for his bust in Canton.
Manning, who lives in Summit, was denied entry to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. The Hall of Fame Class of 2025 was unveiled at the NFL Honors show on Thursday, Feb. 6, naming only four players, the smallest lineup in 20 years.

Phil Simms will be returning to his old stomping grounds next week.
The Giants legend, who won two Super Bowls playing for Big Blue will be signing copies of "Once a Giant" on Thursday, Sept. 14 at Bookends in Ridgewood at 6 p.m. Longtime football writer Gary Myers, who wrote the book, will also be at the signing.
